Das Institut Am haZikaron<\/span> rekonstruiert eine der wichtigsten Episoden der j\u00fcdischen Geschichte und l\u00e4dt Sie auf eine Reise in die glorreiche Vergangenheit ein. Tauchen Sie ein in die Atmosph\u00e4re der Makkab\u00e4er, der j\u00fcdischen Krieger, die im 2. Jahrhundert v. Chr. einen Aufstand gegen die seleukidische Herrschaft anf\u00fchrten. <\/p>

Bekanntlich verfolgte Antiochus IV. Epiphanes eine Politik, die auf die Hellenisierung Jud\u00e4as abzielte, verbot Riten und Kultpraktiken, zerst\u00f6rte den Zweiten Tempel und errichtete dort einen Altar f\u00fcr den olympischen Zeus. Im Jahr 164 v. Chr. befreite die Armee unter Judas Makkab\u00e4us Jerusalem, der Tempel wurde von der Verunreinigung gereinigt und am 25. Kislev fand die feierliche Zeremonie des neu geweihten Tempels statt. Aus diesem Tag wurde das j\u00e4hrliche Chanukka-Fest, das mit dem Anz\u00fcnden von Kerzen gefeiert wird. Infolgedessen wurde ein unabh\u00e4ngiges hasmon\u00e4isches K\u00f6nigreich errichtet, das fast ein Jahrhundert lang bis zur r\u00f6mischen Eroberung Bestand hatte. Die Makkab\u00e4er befreiten damit nicht nur ihr Land von hellenistischer Unterdr\u00fcckung, sondern legten auch den Grundstein f\u00fcr ein Nationalbewusstsein, das nachfolgende Generationen inspiriert. <\/p>

Das Projekt Makkab\u00e4erdorf<\/span> bietet Ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit, in eine mehr als 2000 Jahre alte Geschichte einzutauchen und einige Stunden des t\u00e4glichen Lebens Ihrer Vorfahren – Juden aus der Makkab\u00e4erzeit – zu erleben.<\/p>

Die Teilnehmer kleiden sich in antiker j\u00fcdischer Kleidung. Sie werden auf steinernen Handm\u00fchlen Getreide mahlen, Oliven\u00f6l und Wein herstellen. Sie lernen das alte hebr\u00e4ische Alphabet kennen. Sie k\u00f6nnen damit sogar ihre Namen aus Mosaiksteinen schreiben und an Wettbewerben im Bogenschie\u00dfen und Speerwerfen teilnehmen. Sie werden lernen, wie man antike M\u00fcnzen pr\u00e4gt. Schlie\u00dflich besuchen Sie eine Schutzh\u00f6hle und ein Steingeb\u00e4ude aus der Makkab\u00e4erzeit. <\/p>

Dieser unvergessliche Tag wird den Teilnehmern helfen, ein Interesse und Respekt f\u00fcr ihre eigene Geschichte, j\u00fcdische Werte und Traditionen zu entwickeln und ihre Selbstidentit\u00e4t zu st\u00e4rken.
